Everything I’ve done in life has been guided by the bigger picture. I’ve always been a change maker, someone who asks why things are the way they are, and how we can make them better. Right now, I’m using that energy to change the way the world sees accounting.

The profession is facing a major talent shortage, and I’ve made it my mission to tackle it head-on. I believe accounting isn’t broken; it’s misunderstood. I’m working every day to shift outdated perceptions, spark meaningful conversations, and bring fresh energy to a field that desperately needs it.

In just three months, my LinkedIn content has reached over 5.3 million people, connecting with more than 20,000 accountants and students across the globe. I’ve appeared on TV news in the U.S., featured on the cover of PQ Magazine in the U.K., became a finalist for 2025 Rising Star of the Year and spoken at universities, industry events, and inside firms - all to amplify one message: accounting is a career worth pursuing.

I’m also the founder of Firm Ready, a community designed to bridge the gap between education and real-world accounting skills. We make training more accessible, practical, and people-focused - empowering the next generation of accountants with bold insights, unfiltered career advice, and a community ready to shake up the status quo.

One of my proudest chapters was running my own tutoring business, where I taught over 50 students from kindergarten through university, whilst I was working full-time as an accounting professional. I taught them maths and English, but more than that, I mentored them through life transitions, built their confidence, and helped them realise their potential. That experience cemented my passion for teaching, connection, and helping people unlock what’s possible.

Beyond that, I’ve found a deep love for being on stage - just like I did as a teen performing in musical theatre. Whether it’s delivering a keynote, facilitating a workshop, or creating content that resonates, I feel most alive when I’m connecting with an audience. I’m grateful to live in a time where using our voices can drive real change.
